WHY WATERMILL AUTO & PET WASH ?

Why a touchless wash?

Because touchless car washes are, well, touchless, they are better for your car’s paint and exterior finish.

The benefits of using our in-bay touchless in-bay automatics vs home washing

A standard garden hose on average uses about 10 gallons per minute. This means you use 100 gallons of water with only a 10-minute car wash in the driveway. In most cases you can well over exceed those numbers to 300 gallons in one driveway wash. Our in-bay automatics use 30-35 gallons per wash, which not only impacts the environment positively, but also saves you money on your home water bill.

Friction (tunnel) wash vs our touchless automatics

Friction (tunnel) washes are the standard for car washes in the industry. In a tunnel, your car is dragged by a conveyor toward the car washing equipment with brushes or cloth strips that use excessive force as they work around your vehicle. This can damage your car causing swirl marks, ripped off car parts, paint damage etc. Not to mention, the brushes and bristles on these systems are packed with dirt and debris.

In an in-bay touchless car wash such as Watermill Wash, a sensor guides you to drive forward into the correct position, where the washing equipment works around your car to safely clean your vehicle. Unlike other car wash types, an automatic touchless car wash doesn’t make use of any spinning brushes or cloth strips, instead of brushes, it uses high-pressure conditioned water jets and powerful chemicals to lift the dirt from the vehicle. This non-touch process makes it all around safer for your vehicle.

Watermill Auto & Pets Wash's Commitment to the Environment
Our wash is reinventing the standard car wash using innovative anti-collision technology, biodegradable soap, and water collection methods to increase speed and reduce environmental waste.

Not all reclaimed water systems are created equal !

Here at Watermill Wash our filtration system takes out 98% of the “bad stuff” compared to other reclaim systems. This is why we don’t like the term reclaimed; we call it regenerated! Watermill Wash has one of the most advanced systems on the market; our water is cleaned so well you can drink it, or heck take a bath in it (not recommended!) Our made in the USA water regeneration system cost over 180k, which is a big investment, but it is important we do what is right for our Colorado environment!
